Business History

Sean Manning, CPA purchased and began expanding his CPA firm, Manning & Company in 1999. Beginning 2008, Manning identified the growing need for payroll services in other CPA firms and small businesses and decided to brand his payroll division, calling it Payroll Vault. People appreciated the results that Sean and his team were providing with payroll services which lead to his next step; Payroll Vault Franchising. In September 2012 he sold his first Payroll Vault Franchise office in Ft. Collins.
