Founded in 2017 and franchising since early 2018, RockBox Fitness is not your average gym. The brand’s boxing-inspired fitness classes feature a dynamic combination of boxing and kickboxing with functional strength training that delivers results.
Each 50-minute class is unique at RockBox, which alleviates the biggest obstacle often faced when pursuing a fitness regimen: boredom. Studios are equipped with high-end sound systems and color-adaptive lighting to rock the tunes that keep members pumped and pushing hard.
