Texas Multi-Brand Operator Signs 10-Store Regional Development Agreement With Scissors & Scotch

Bryan Frnka became a successful multi-brand operator with Amazing Lash Studio and Palm Beach Tan. Then he added a Scissors & Scotch location. Now, thanks to a new regional development agreement with the men’s grooming brand, Frnka is set to oversee the development of 10 Scissors & Scotch locations in the San Antonio and Houston markets.

Frnka has been franchising for nearly 20 years now. He currently operates 11 Amazing Lash Studio locations, 1 Palm Beach Tan, and 1 Scissors & Scotch location.

“What’s important to me when partnering with a franchisor is their commitment to each franchisee,” said the 45-year-old Frnka. “When I met with the guys over at Scissors & Scotch, it was clear they would be investing in me as much as I was investing in their franchise.”

Frnka says he is looking forward to being a regional developer with Scissors & Scotch where he’ll recruit franchisees to open units in his markets. “The franchisees are responsible for having the proper funds to build and own the shop. It allows me to continue growing my business while also encouraging others to build theirs, but with a little more structure and safety.”
