Trio Acquires 5 Twin Peaks Restaurants in Kansas Markets

Kansas-based 3B Lodge LLC has agreed to acquire 5 Twin Peaks locations in the Kansas City and Wichita markets.

Brent Steven, CEO, and brother Brad Steven, COO, along with Brian Carduff, CFO, are the partners behind 3B Lodge and each has experience working in the restaurant, sports, and entertainment space.

“Being able to acquire a strong and popular brand like Twin Peaks in our own backyard was a no brainer for us,” said Brent Steven. “We’re excited to bring our experience to an established market that we know well and continue to take care of our customers because they are our friends and neighbors.”

Brothers Brent and Brad also own Steven Hospitality Group, a Wichita-based company that operates restaurants The Hill Bar and Grill, Wine Dive+Kitchen, Vora Restaurant European, and bar concept Industry Old Town. Their Wine Dive + Kitchen concepts have recently expanded to the university towns of Lawrence and Manhattan.
