Two Sets Of Operators Gearing Up To Open New Blaze Pizza Locations Out West
Greg and Catharine Persinger are about to introduce Alaskans to Blaze Pizza. The Persingers are successful multi-brand operators who already own and operate Firehouse Subs and Cold Stone Creamery locations. The husband-and-wife team plan to open four new Blaze Pizza locations throughout the state, beginning in Fairbanks.
Meanwhile in southern California, brother-and-sister team Aman and David Chandi are set to add Blaze Pizza to their portfolio by opening locations in Indio and Colton, California. The two new locations will be in shopping plazas owned by the Chandi family. With deep roots in franchising and real estate, the Chandi family currently operate several Del Taco and Subway locations in the state.
"For more than ten years, we've worked closely with our family to learn about the franchise industry and have seen firsthand the importance of investing in a concept with proven viability. Blaze Pizza was a pioneer in the made-to-order restaurant segment, and once we were introduced to the exceptional team behind the brand's unparalleled support system and product excellence, we immediately jumped on the opportunity to add it to our portfolio," said Aman Chandi. "Blaze Pizza has captured a passionate following from consumers nationwide; in fact, we came to love the brand first as customers, and are thrilled to have the chance to share this concept's one-of-a-kind dining experience with our community."
