Wisconsin Multi-Unit Operators Sign Development Deal With Slim Chickens

Nick and Chad Sternitzky of PREL Investments Inc. are all set to bring nine Slim Chickens locations to Wisconsin. The duo plan to open locations in Madison, Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, and Wausau.

“After doing research on restaurant concepts, we found Slims to be a perfect fit for us. Not only do they have a great executive team with clearly established systems and processes, we’re a big fan of the food,” said Chad Sternitzky. “We are excited to hit the ground running to bring Slim Chickens’ southern hospitality and fresh flavors throughout Central Wisconsin.”

The brothers have experience in franchising courtesy of their family business. They both worked in the operations of their parent’s Arby’s locations before venturing out on their own and opening Freddy’s Frozen Custard in Central Wisconsin.
