Massage Heights Multi-Unit Operator Becomes Area Rep

Jennifer Burlington became a Massage Heights franchise owner in 2008. Over the last 10 years with the brand she has become one of its most successful multi-unit franchise operators. She operates 4 locations in the San Antonio market and has just been tapped by the brand to become its area representative for the Dallas market.

“I'm honored to be entrusted with growing the Massage Heights brand in my home state of Texas,” said Burlington. “The opportunity to be the area representative of Dallas is one that comes naturally to me since I have experienced firsthand the tremendous success that comes with owning and operating a Massage Heights Retreat. I feel that my personal experience as an owner will differentiate the franchise process, and is a testimony I'm proud to share with prospective franchisees.”

Burlington previously lived in Dallas and brings her knowledge of the brand and the market to an expansion-minded initiative. Dallas currently has 6 Massage Heights locations open and has tasked Burlington with developing 15 new locations over the next five years.

Massage Heights reported over $100 million in revenue and the opening of 14 Retreats nationwide in 2017. As part of its growth strategy, the brand also is targeting franchise development in Nashville, Chicago, St. Louis, South Florida, and Las Vegas.
