Casual dining chain Ruby Tuesday, Inc. today announced it has signed a franchise agreement with Entrepreneurial Recipes, Inc. for the planned development of three Ruby Tuesday restaurants in the metropolitan area of Manila in the Philippines.
Carl Nicholas Karcher, 90, founder and chairman emeritus of the Carl's Jr. (R) restaurant chain, passed away today at St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, Calif. of complications from Parkinson's Disease.
