A few years ago, I went to visit my friends in St. Louis, and we went to Smoothie King for breakfast. It was this nice, beautiful retail space with a great menu and a drive-thru. Smoothie King’s mission and vision were right up my alley. I love the simplicity of the model, and I get to invest in something I’m passionate about.
