Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar On An Expansion Roll

Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar On An Expansion Roll

Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar is serving up a tall order of growth and expansion in 2022. The brand is hot off a new three-store deal with a multi-unit franchisee in south Florida, a successful operator in Alabama set to open another location, and a new corporate store set to open its doors by the end of this year.

“All of this news is further proof of our dedication to growing the brand both through partnerships with exceptional franchisees looking for proven concepts to grow with and the continued expansion of our corporate stores,” said Joy White, Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar director of marketing.

NOS Development LLC, just signed an agreement to open three Big Whiskey’s restaurants in south Florida, starting with the first in Broward County by the end of this year. “We can’t wait for guests to come in and try the food and have a drink at Big Whiskey’s signature bar,” said NOS Development’s Steven Swanson. “From the beginning we really believed in the concept and what it could do in the region.”

Big Whiskey’s Founder and COO Paul Sundy said he was excited about the deal in the Sunshine State. “Florida has been a top priority for us for several years and we’re thrilled to have established this partnership with such an experienced group who continually brings successful concepts to the region. We’ve always felt like we would do great in Florida and now’s our chance to prove it,” he said.

Florida is not the only state soon to get a new Big Whiskey’s location. A Hoover, Alabama franchisee has been so successful with his location that he will open a second in the Birmingham area. “It’s sure to be another successful location because that franchisee’s first location did more than $5 million in their first full year in business, with most of that at half capacity,” said White.

Then there’s news of another corporate store set to open this year. Corporate stores offer many ways for brand’s to refine their processes and introduce new products and services that can then be adopted by franchisees. “We don't intend to let our franchise partners carry the load in our system and we will continue opening our own stores,” said White. “We have sights set on a new corporate store by the end of 2022.”

Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar has gained widespread recognition for its sweeping whiskey selection and Celebrated Bar menu. But the brand also boasts its own signature menu items like the famous Chicken Ranch Alfredo, The Honey Stung Burger, Boom Boom Shrimp Tacos, and The Brunch Melt. Add to that a weekday lunch menu, a weekend brunch menu, and an extensive drink menu - including rare and allocated bottles of whiskey - and you have a restaurant that can serve “every guest, every time.”

Now is a great time to consider investing in a Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar. The brand is on an expansion roll and looking to keep the momentum going.
