ReBath Northeast proudly launches its newly redesigned website. The new website features a new layout, new content, a newsletter, more photos and videos and newly added social media interaction.

Though ReBath Northeast previously had a fully functional website, owner, Rich Rome thought his website could offer better information, be more interactive and have a more attractive design to present to potential customers.
“Our first website was nicely designed,” Rome said. “But, it just didn’t have all of the aspects I think people are looking for when they search for someone to remodel their bathroom. Potential customers want good information and they want to know if the company is credible. We are also seeing people want more interaction with YouTube videos and social media.”
The most important feature of ReBath Northeast’s new website is its quality content. While researching potential customers' needs and wants, the staff at ReBath Northeast and Westmoreland World Wide discovered that customers are searching for quality information, regarding who to hire for their bathroom remodel. They want to know about the materials being used, the possible financing options and if the installers are trained professionals.
ReBath Northeast decided to rewrite the content from the old site, to make sure visitors get the information that they need through clear and concise writing. They also added new content to coordinate with their new product lines and created a news section to keep content fresh and interesting.
While much of the content on ReBath Northeast’s website is about their products and services, the news section will feature articles centering on ReBath Northeast happenings, corporate ReBath news and general articles on remodeling trends and safety in the home.
While the previous site had a “Before & After” photo section, the new site will be featuring a larger gallery of before and after pictures that will be updated continuously. The galleries will feature the specific types of remodels ReBath Northeast does including bathtub replacements, shower replacements, tub to shower conversions,full bath remodels and walk-in tubs. Rome thought that the before and after photos have always been a great way for customers to see what can be done in a bathroom similar to their own and so expanding upon the section would be helpful for customers.
Anyone who has previously visited rebathnortheast.com will see that the most noticeable change to the website is its design. Not only does the new website have a vibrant new color scheme and an attractive layout, but it is also easier to navigate.
The newly created financing page was added to the website because Rome thought that showing potential customers their financing options not only gave people information they needed but also would help them realize they could afford to have ReBath Northeast remodel their bathroom. ReBath Northeast offers financing through Wells Fargo and Enerbank.
As Rome said, social media and customer interaction were missing from ReBath Northeast’s first website. Since social media is such an imperative way to reach people, Rome knew the website needed to have a big social media presence.
On the newly redesigned website, a YouTube video is featured on nearly every page. Currently, they all have the same video, but as ReBath Northeast builds its video library, the video will coincide with each page’s specific content. For example, the “tub to shower conversion” page will have a video showing a tub to shower conversion installation.
An exciting new feature for the website is the ability to sign up for ReBath’s monthly e-newsletter, "ReBath Remarks". On ReBath Northeast’s home page, visitors can sign up for the newsletter, which contains a message from the local ReBath and interesting articles about financing, home remodeling and customer testimonials.
To keep up with the social media trend, ReBath Northeast’s new website includes Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube icons so visitors can easily connect with ReBath Northeast’s social media pages. The social media pages are constantly updated with the company’s recent pictures, offers and news.
Rome hopes that by adding social media interaction, he will reach more potential customers and he will be able to continue a relationship with his previous customers.
